This used Walrus Audio Melee is a combination of distortion, ambient reverb, octave down reverb, and reverse reverb with feedback. The joystick can change the level of distortion when moved up and down and reverb can be altered by moving joystick left and right. 

Very good condition. Multiple dings along the edge of the pedal. There is Velcro on the bottom and the box is not included.
